Some cookies described here relate to features (property search, maps, authenticated accounts, payments) that do not yet exist at this URL - they will once we launch. Once the full Perchli platform launches, you will be able to change your cookie preferences at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the website footer or the preferences manager in the app.

You can manage your cookie preferences in the Perchli app once it launches. This pre-launch waiting-list page does not set any cookies, so there is nothing to manage here yet.

Email tracking

Emails sent by Perchli (such as search alerts, viewing confirmations, and account notifications) may contain a small tracking pixel to help us understand whether emails are opened and which links are clicked. This information helps us improve our email communications and ensure we are sending relevant content.

If you do not wish to be tracked in this way, you can configure your email client to block remote images, or choose to receive plain-text emails where available.
